KIGALI, RWANDA / JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA / DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA — The Iconic Africa Women Achievers Awards continues to provide a major pan-African platform for recognizing exceptional women whose leadership, resilience and achievements are contributing to the advancement of the continent.
Organized by Iconic International Holdings and Mayorkings Charity Foundation, the platform celebrates women across business, corporate governance, sports, technology, culture and other areas of public and economic life.
The initiative highlights women who are breaking barriers and creating new opportunities for others.
Beyond recognition, the platform promotes conversations around gender-inclusive economic development, female entrepreneurship, mentorship and strategic partnerships among women leaders.

The maiden edition was hosted at Onomo Hotel Kigali, Rwanda, while the second edition took place at @Sandton Hotel in Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa.
The expansion of the event across different African countries demonstrates its growing pan-African character.
The third edition of the Iconic Africa Women Achievers Awards is scheduled to take place at Johari Rotana Hotel, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in 2026.
The upcoming edition is expected to further strengthen the platform's focus on women leadership, entrepreneurship, economic empowerment and continental collaboration.
