Success Mike-Iloh Named Africa’s Under 40 CEO of the Year in Business Operations & Systems Optimization

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa — June 20, 2026

Success Mike-Iloh, Founder of Success Mike LLC, has been named Africa’s Under 40 CEO of the Year in Business Operations & Systems Optimization at the prestigious Iconic Africa Under 40 CEOs Awards & Summit 2026, held at The Capital On The Park Hotel in Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa.

The recognition celebrates Mike-Iloh’s remarkable journey from a Nigerian accounting graduate to an international business operations specialist, known for her expertise in remote operations, talent acquisition, and systems engineering.

Operating remotely from Nigeria, Mike-Iloh first distinguished herself as a high-performing recruiter at Adelphi Medical Staffing, a United States-based firm. During her time with the company, she built and managed a pipeline of more than 96,000 healthcare professionals, reaching up to 5,000 candidates daily.

Through her recruitment efforts, she successfully placed hundreds of US doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in locum and permanent positions. Her work contributed to addressing critical healthcare staffing shortages and helping ensure that medical professionals were available to provide care to patients across America.

Her exceptional performance saw her outperform every recruiter on her team for five consecutive months, an achievement that eventually led to her training the firm's next generation of global talent.

Building on her experience in high-volume recruitment, operational efficiency, and systems development, Mike-Iloh transitioned into independent consulting. Working independently, she supported more than 30 international businesses and fast-growing startups in developing and improving the operational systems that drive their businesses.

Her consulting interventions helped clients reduce administrative hours by up to 30%, enabling business founders to reclaim valuable time, improve efficiency, and concentrate on strategic growth.

Today, as the founder of Success Mike LLC, Mike-Iloh continues to design and implement the operational systems that support modern global enterprises, helping businesses streamline workflows, strengthen remote operations, and build scalable processes.

Although she was unable to attend the Johannesburg summit physically, Mike-Iloh participated virtually and was represented at the gala, where the prestigious award was received on her behalf.

In her virtual acceptance remarks, she expressed gratitude for the recognition and highlighted the growing importance of African talent in the global economy.

“I am deeply honored to receive this recognition at the Iconic Africa Under 40 CEOs Awards. This award is a testament to the power of borderless African talent. By building robust, scalable systems, we can bridge global gaps—whether that means putting critical medical care in front of patients in America, or helping international startups reclaim their time to scale efficiently. The future of global business is highly optimized, and I am proud to be driving that change from Africa,” she stated.

The Iconic Africa Under 40 CEOs Awards & Summit brings together some of the continent's promising young business leaders, celebrating individuals whose innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurial achievements contribute to economic growth, industry transformation, and the advancement of African excellence on the global stage.

Success Mike-Iloh’s achievement highlights the growing opportunities for African professionals to build and lead international businesses remotely, demonstrating how expertise, technology, and efficient systems can create meaningful impact across borders.
